The team explained the different options clearly, recommended the right system for our home and never pressured us into buying something more expensive. Installation was clean, professional and completed in around 1H . The difference was noticeable immediately—our tap water now tastes fresher, there is no chlorine smell, and we no longer need to keep buying bottled water. Great service from start to finish. The technician was professional, polite, and explained everything clearly. The water filter itself is fantastic my tea and coffee taste noticeably better, and the water is much cleaner. I’ve also noticed there’s no more residue or spots on my glasses after washing. I wanted a company that could install the water softener and the reverse osmosis systems at the same time to ensure they had accountability for the whole project. I also wanted a Waterdrop system after doing some research. This is how I found London Water Filters. Leo is a good communicator and very respectful. He came by for an assessment and discussed our needs and preferences before making a recommendation. A week later his colleague Mario installed a Waterdrop X12 system for reverse osmosis water filtering and a BWT water softener. He had to adjust the plumbing to make everything fit under the sink so definitely not a DIY job! I was impressed with the amount of tools he had spread in the kitchen at some point and with the tidiness he left behind. This was a few weeks ago. All looks good and seems to be working well.
