Exceptional service and installation from London Water Filters!

I recently had two systems installed by London Water Filters in my apartment: a whole-home filtration system and an additional kitchen filter for extra drinking water quality.

I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience. The team delivered exactly what they promised, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The whole-home setup required some extra plumbing work, but the team handled it neatly and professionally with great attention to detail.

I am very happy with the final result and the level of service. I highly recommend London Water Filters to anyone looking to improve their home's water quality!

Leo and Mario did a great job installing this household-wide system in our cellar and replacing the old pipe work. Much better for all the appliances and tastes good. Thanks!

Excellent service from London Water Filter from start to finish. The team explained the different options clearly, recommended the right system for our home and never pressured us into buying something more expensive.

Installation was clean, professional and completed in around 1H . The difference was noticeable immediately—our tap water now tastes fresher, there is no chlorine smell, and we no longer need to keep buying bottled water. The installer also showed us how the system works and explained when the filters will need replacing.

Reliable communication, transparent pricing and a genuinely high-quality result. I would confidently recommend London Water Filter to anyone looking for a water filtration system in London.

The water filter itself is fantastic my tea and coffee taste noticeably better, and the water is much cleaner. I’ve also noticed there’s no more residue or spots on my glasses after washing. I’m very happy with the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
